What we collect
When you send a booking request we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, optional email, the vehicle’s year, make, model, engine and VIN, the service location and any notes. When you call or text, we receive your phone number and what you tell us.
How we use it
Only to quote, schedule and complete your battery service, to contact you about that service and to keep basic records of the work. We do not sell your information.
Services that handle data for us
- Booking requests are delivered through our website host’s form service.
- Text messages about your request are sent through Twilio.
- The battery finder sends the year, make or VIN you enter to the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s public vehicle database to look up vehicle details. It does not send your name or contact details.
Text messages
If you tick the text confirmation box when you book, we text you about that request. Mobile numbers and text message consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing. See the SMS terms.
Website statistics
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
